It really is! But then college also acquaints you with anxiety, so that sometime drinking a glass of water or eating or sleeping are just - god damn near impossible.
In such cases, I use this website called youfeellikeshit.com. It's made out of a series of questions/tasks that helps you navigate anxiety and alleviate various discomforts (dehydration, hunger, but also noise, clothes/body warm, mental struggles...). I've found it particularly effective, and I've even thought of drinking and eating on my own the last time my anxiety was through the roof.

Jean-Phillipe Charles, also known as Fantomex, lounged on the hotel room's sofa, calmly toting one of his guns. He smiled underneath his mask, which he'd kept despite wearing neutral-colored, fairly simple civvies. "Bonjour," the man said softly, looking Remy over, "I think you 'ave something I want, yes...?"
Travel was often a necessity with his contracts, as was accommodation. Remy took extra measures to ensure he wasn't being tailed, or worse, ambushed. A pin in his door, a patron holding his gaze longer than they should have...While he couldn't always prevent a run-in, he hadn't trained tirelessly in vain. He knew when someone had snuck or forced their way into his room, and tonight he was prompted to enter through the window.
Sure enough, someone was in his room, and to his unfortunate chagrin, it was Fantomex of all people. All cozy and laid back on the sofa.
"Putain..." The exasperated sigh spoke volumes.
As always, he was there for a reason. Knowing the man's line of work and reputation, Remy had a feeling it pertained to his most recent heist. He wasn't foolish enough to keep his prize on his person. The device was small enough for him to keep stashed away with his fence.
"Wut, dis?" Remy gave him the finger, then proceeded to get a glass from the desk on the far end of the room. Filling it with water from the tap, he downed the contents.
"Get de fuck outta ma room," he slams the glass back down on the wood, not missing a beat, "wuteva ya t'ink ya want y'ain't gettin'."
Jean-Charles watched Remy as he moved through the room. He'd had time to sweep the place himself, looking for anything or anyone that might make his little adventure more difficult than he assumed it would be. Working with the X-Men had given the thief in white a decent amount of info on Gambit, but one could never be too sure. Still, Jean gave himself a brief moment to just look at his new companion, who was, he thought with a smirk, handsome as ever.
"Ah could've slipped something in your glass, monsieur. Jou should be more careful...unless we're already friendly enough for jou to trust me. So, is my little prize headed to your NOLA friends, or...?" He stood up, tossing his gun on the sofa, then took a few slow steps towards Remy. "I do respect a man of your position, you know. I wouldn't ask so nicely otherwise...& besides, I didn't come here to fight. I like you too much to bruise that beautiful face of yours."
Actually, he'd somehow been unable to find what Remy had stolen. That slightly pissed him off, but sometimes Jean didn't mind a bit of a challenge. Master Thieves welcomed adventure as long as they knew it would all be worth it in the end. Besides, he preferred his current life much more to being imprisoned in The World.
"So, what will it be, cher?" he purred, purposely choosing the word he'd heard the other man say so often.

revenge of the sith is still so fucking funny, because, like, the separatists invade coruscant, and kidnap the head of state. that’s a war-winning action. at that point, they just motherfucking won the war, unless a miracle happens. and then you have half the jedi council and a bunch of other jedi just chilling in the jedi temple, on their fucking doomsday, feet propped up and relaxing, and the council still chooses to call anakin and obi-wan from the other ass-end of the galaxy in the “outer rim sieges” to come fix this shit, like yoda wasn’t right motherfucking there. yoda was sitting on the fucking couch! and they STILL called obi-wan and anakin from the OTHER END OF THE GALAXY. in no ways was anakin spiritually prepared to be a jedi master, but motherfucker i kind of get why he was pissed. i kind of understand that. if i got called into work to save the day and i walked in and the rest of the staff was just sitting, and i still saved the day, and then they denied me a promotion, i’d have fucking quit. he’s not spiritually ready by any means and in fact he’s deeply turbofucked, but i understand where he was coming from. i understand, man.
also he was only, like, 22 or something? I'm almost 26. as a 5 yr old I just liked the fight scenes & Anakin's hair. then at about 18 I realized...holy sHIT, being 18 or even 21 does NOT make you a responsible, easygoing adult. in other words, Anakin had a new way of life/rules shoved in his face, plus the Jedi Council acting like those people at your job who guilt you into cleaning up that weird mess in the communal lounge EVEN THOUGH they've been staring at it for the past hour--

Rocky explicitly says "so uh, when d'you know when the hug is over?" & I immediately screeched, then explained how (for me, at least), THAT IS AUTISM. Autism is not knowing WHAT THE FUCK other people are thinking & being a mix of annoyed, terrified, confused & just...feeling awkward. I never know how long hugs should last, how high my arms should go, wHY people want to hug me when they've just met me, etc. (Safe bet is hugging just below the armpits & letting them let go first so they can't say you hurt their feelings.)
also--at the end, I was like "well no wonder he chooses to stay on Erid". My mom was saying Grace did it bc he chose saving Rocky over going home, but I'm not accepting that. Yes, it's a movie about how sometimes kind people really DO win. I just mean that I don't think Grace had a hard decision. He knew he could STILL save Earth using the long-distance probes (whatever carried the Tamoeba). He was shown to be pretty lonely on Earth, w/o friends, family, or an SO. Yeah, he liked teaching, but they also mention he was at PhD level, so I'm thinking he still wasn't 100% intellectually stimulated, PLUS he's clearly shown to be a Jack Skellington-type who wants to explore & learn new things even though he's nervous about it. ALSO! The Eridians (Adrian specifically) end up making him a CUSTOM house w/his favorite environment/weather, he possibly pays NO fees, he gets to teach kids who are genuinely happy to be there*, he has a friend who cares about him as much as he does him...like?? Why would he give up a perfect life for EARTH, where there's war, corruption, capitalism, poverty...not to mention the problems that the US specifically has...?
Rocky is 100% honest, telling Grace that they've readied the Hail Mary, but FUCK NO he's not going home. I love that for him.
