Thank you for including nakano4! I want to take a moment to talk about all the amazing songs you might not have heard by him because they’re all on his soundcloud. One in particular, enter, I absolutely love. I could loop it for hours. Also, phone. It’s not soundcloud-only, but I can’t not mention this song. It’s so good, and I personally feel like it’s underrated.

miako: Oh this is another hard one! I can listen to the entirety of diving and just zone out and soak in the ambience, and her other albums are even better. I’m tempted to say Nandemonai Koto just because of my Sayu bias. Oh, I also like Mukou. Would it be cheating to say Afternoon Sunroom from room 01? It’s sung by miako herself, with UTAU as backup. It’s so good, though... Aaah I love miako. (人´∀` )

I wish I could just list entire albums instead of songs.

IA: Shooting Star by Teddyloid! When I first heard this song, I fell for it so hard I divorced mikitoP’s Good School Girl so that I could marry it. Also consider: Hinekure Neji to Ame, Cries to Ring (or however you’re supposed to read that title), Earphones to Semishigure, Albino, Morino Metafiction. Ah, I ended up listing albums anyway… EDIT: I’m not letting this go without mentioning at least one uz song. Eru comes to mind first, so let’s go with that!

Oh man, you guys need to stop picking my favorites. (By that I mean don’t because I love getting to talk about producers I like.)

Siina Mota (powapowaP): SORE WA, MAHIRU NO SUISEI This one isn’t even a contest, really. Postrock is my second favorite genre, right after shoegazer. Of course I like a lot of Siina Mota’s stuff, like the album version of Astronauts is phenomenal, but I don’t think I’ve heard anything by him yet that trumps Sore wa(ry. Well. Re-Overdose and Okawari wo Douzo are pretty good too. This is also your daily reminder that highcolorsunz is actually Siina Mota. Not that it wasn’t pretty obvious, but still.

mikitoP: Aw geez. MikitoP’s done a lot of great stuff. I’m tempted to say Good School Girl just because it’s my latest fave from him, but all-time favorite? I dunno… I also really really like Sayoko and Yuudachi no Ribon. And Katsuragawa (this whole album is amazing). And Yuugure Twitter. And Matoi. And Tokyo Eki (both Rin and Len versions). I’m going to stop now.

Kasane Teto: Aw dude, no. Well, okay, let’s see… Tetrapod, naturally. And Sekai no Owari (no Carnival). Waremono. Sound and Smell. Your Figure Looks Like Me. 31 Secrets, Our Rock Music, and just about every Teto thing maiyoP has ever done while we’re at it. Rainy Shinjuku Line. Haagen Daaz Ika no Sappuukei. Intermedio. Koi ni Koi, as well as Metro, Room@1F, okay let’s just say most of karapP’s Teto work too. BELIEVER’S HIGH. Kaitou Twindrill to Komesoudou. Yeah most of death ohagi’s Teto stuff too. Izayoi. THERE ARE A TON I’M FORGETTING I’M SORRY I CAN’T GO ON

Aoki Lapis: Thrives On. I love this song, but, let’s get some variety, since I piled on the Teto songs (heh). I also really like Parallel Glider. Oh and Gunjou Junjou Happiness. Not Found. Rettousei. Lapis is surprisingly flexible for such a cute voice! I love her. ヽ(○´∀`)ﾉ

Kaito: Jewel!!!! I really wanna cheat and say all of shinjouP’s stuff. Also anything by staffrollP. (PLEASE REPRINT BINARY LIQUID PLEASE) Kagefumi, even though it’s not on nicodou anymore. I think it’s my favorite peperonP song, even. Kanashii Egao. Icicle (ginrinP is a Kaito wizard!!). And Shabon no Salamander! That song by itself made me by Vocalosensation, that’s how much I love it.

Oh geez these are hard! Nakano4 is one of my favorite producers of all time, and mujinto has done a ton of great stuff.

nakano4: Off the top of my head, I’m tempted to say Aimai Aino. I do tend to like his Momo stuff best, and it’s a really good song that I can listen to over and over again. There are others I really like, of course, like Sakura, Fuyu no Hanabi, and GPS, but I think Aimai Aino wins out? If it’s not my absolute favorite, it’s at least one of my favorites.
