Poha with Nimbu Mumbai-style poha done right. Squeeze the lemon, take a bite, and you'll understand why people travel for good street food. No need to go to Mumbai — Theology has it sorted.

Momos — OG Fried & Tandoori Delhi's favourite snack, done two ways. The tandoori version has a slight char and smokiness that works beautifully. The fried version is crispy and classic.
