After chugging what seemed like endless amounts of beer and tequila ( it really wasn’t Devon had just developed a worry about alcohol poisoning ) they’d made it to the party. Everyone else had branched off and that left Devon holding a pina colada looking mildly lost. Not the first time the squad had went looking for some tail to chase, but sometimes he felt a little left out. Walking around through the crowd, he tried to find at least one of them to challenge to a luge or even find Lexi and bother her. His attempts were met with futility and just as he was going to head towards the water to get some much needed salt water play time, a familiar head of kinky curls made its way into his line of sight. There was no fucking way her parents let her come to Praevado. She turned to the side and a half smile half grimace flew onto his face. Amara had spent a good amount of time pregaming before the party with Ollie and Justin, and by with…. that meant Amara drinking while they hung out with her.  The two had been hesitant to attend the party with Amara but she insisted, as normal with them.  When they made it to the party, the trio began weaving through the party.  They were finishing a first loop, all with drinks in their hands, when Amara’s attention got drawn to someone calling her name  She looked over and gave the customary head-nod of greeting before doing a double take. It was Devon Von Donath.  He was snakk, a definite one.  Amara had known him for years because she was friends with his best friend Connor, who managed to get himself banned.  Idiot.  “Well shit.  Why shouldn’t I hang with toddlers when the alternative is creepy old guys.”  Amara responded, in similar jest.  She was used to him teasing her age, that was pretty normal.  It was after that he made a comment about her appearance and Amara raised a brow, unimpressed.  “False.  I’ve always been pretty, it’s just no longer creepy for you to notice.”  Amara pointed out.  “Why are you even here?  Don’t the fuckboi’s follow their leader?  Connor was banned.”
