back then, i used to eat a lot of fast food and pizza. i also drank melted ice cream or chocolate milk almost every night. but i often struggled with nausea the next morning. looking back, i’d say it was probably because of all the sugar i was consuming.

today, i basically avoid everything i mentioned above. i used to think i had to rely on those easy calories because i believed i just couldn’t eat that much.

now i track my calories and try to get in a lot of calories and protein. i still drink gainer shakes, but i also work out three times a week. i used to think working out would just burn unnecessary calories, but now i see that it helps me shape my body and proportions the way i want, and it actually increases my appetite. like today, i hit over 4,000 calories and i’ll probably get even more in tonight. 😬
