Hey everyone! For a few weeks I have been following a budding indie cartoon that I think has a lot of promise! Pensacola is a show about two preteen best friends, Rocky and Margo, living life in the early 2000s and trying to make their own fun in a boring town. I’m really excited about this for many reasons, such as its intention to be enjoyed by all ages, the tidbits of character motivations and backstories that I can’t wait to see fleshed out, and its refreshing approach to character designs and storytelling among shows centered around female leads.
