Psychological Profile: Goto Ginko is the sort of person to always take things into his own hands, depending on no one but himself to even include law enforcement and people in positions of authority. This psychological quirk, as it happens, is what lead him to begin robbing banks in the first place.

Although one may believe him to be a lawless renegade, Goto adheres to his own code of ethics loosely inspired by various historical figureheads, not the least of which being Oda Nobunaga. In fact, while on various jobs, Goto wears a mask of Oda stylized in a cutesy, cartoony fashion (presumably for irony’s sake). His code of ethics closely resembles the values of the samurai; honor, respect for ones enemy, and vigilance. His personal addition, however, states that all humans are capable of redemption, and therefore should not be killed.

His work takes priority above even his own health. While often wearing kevlar and the like to protect himself, he will not stop if injured anything shy of grievously. Oftentimes, he ingests digestive suppressants, allowing him to carry additional money, weapons, objects, or anything of the like in his stomach. This does, of course, give him digestive problems that have plagued him since his teen years.

History: Goto Ginko was, at one time, a well adjusted young boy, if a tad on the temperamental side. Often he found himself fighting against bullies, whether for his own sake or someone else’s. Granted, he was not the biggest nor the toughest kid around, so he did get pummeled often, but still, he never gave up. This determination would be instrumental in becoming the Super High School Level Bank Robber.

As an early teen, Goto was well aware of his family’s financial situation. The bank, which the family had taken a loan from to afford their house, was threatening foreclosure after Goto’s father had fallen ill and died. His mother begged and pleaded for extensions, assistance, anything, but still they denied. Goto knew that if his mother was to be forcibly removed from the premises and to live on the streets, in her delicate age, she would most likely die as well. It was at this point that Goto knew there would be no legal way to solve this problem, and thus, he turned to crime.

His first employer was the local Yakuza boss, and while Goto was very uncomfortable with the acts he would commit in this employ, such as assault, burglarly, etc., there was nowhere else for him to go. He did, however, find a sort of penchant for armed robbery, especially within banks. As he found, most banks like these were involved in shady, underhanded practices, so there was no question of morality. To him, the banks were evil, and the police who protected them only that much more evil. After years of robbing banks and taking what he earned to pay off the debt to his bank, he found that, though he didn’t need to anymore, he wanted to continue his life of crime. From the ages of 14 to 17, he robbed at least one bank once a week. On his 16th birthday, he decided to give himself a treat and rob three banks in the space of an hour, which went off without a hitch.
