went a bit over my limit but it’s okay i was so worried i would binge today so i’m glad i only ate around 100 cal extra

i wish i was home so i could eat whatever i want…..it sucks that i have to restrict sm and also have to eat food i don’t like i’d rather eat fries for my daily limit…..

i checked my weight today so i lost 1 kg in 10 days not satisfied….but i didn’t put enough work into my steps anyways time to start another diet!!!
