The idea with speed shooting is “they might not get you with the first arrow, but the second arrow or third arrow were coming so fast after that, they would get you with one of those.” I still have to work on my speed but I’m getting better.

It’s definitely one that works, just can hurt a little bit making that pinch with my bony fingers—shooting glove makes it easier. So I extend the thumb to hold the nocks down (the muscle and bone structure in my thumbs is messed up as I’ve grown ‘cause of my EDS—the first digit makes a 90 degree angle just making a thumbs-up) and the forefinger is already up over the odd feather. So for me it’s tricky to decide which to use. Have to keep testing I guess
