Finding sanity

It's been a while. Crazy. I'm 28 now, in a much better mental space then i used to be. But still struggling with anxiety and bulimia. Been seeing a terapist for a year now but i cant fully open up about all my struggles. We don't need to be perfect. We dont need to follow a certain path. I hope today was a good day for you all. Thinking of being more active on Tumblr lately. Missing the community here.

I managed to stop myself while I was purging . Why do I feel like such a failure now.

Throwing up spicy food. Yikes.

Just spent the last hour chewing and spitting Mcdonals. Is it bad that I don't really feel guilty because am telling myself its better than purging it.

Went on a hike today. So I guess my stupid brain thought i could reward myself with some indian food without purging it afterward. Welp. No. Still proud I stopped myself halfway so still kept some of it down. I guess thats progress.

I want to binge so bad.
