Departure from Solitude

I am really struggling and have been feeling like this for a while now. I've just been ignoring it and pretending I'm feeling fine because I know things will start getting easier soon. I know these feelings will pass. The last few of days have just really hit me hard and I feel worse than I have in a really long time. I know it'll get better so I have hope. 

I am not trying to be difficult and cold I'm just struggling to let go of the sadness I feel like I am stuck in right now. Please know that I AM trying really hard. I WILL figure this out. I am really sorry that I'm getting frustrated with my family, I don't mean to. 

I am sure all of that sounds stupid and like excuses but please understand that I am trying really hard and am really stuck. I'm trying to fix it now.
