if I had a nickel for every time Doug jones played an amphibious fish person with a love for eating eggs in a Guillermo del toro film, I would have two nickels, which is pretty weird.
If I was casted to play not one but TWO fish people for two separate films made by the same guy. I would assume said guy was saying I looked like a fish, and I’d probably be a little pissed off about it if I’m being honest
hey so when Grace gets knocked out the emergency light literally makes a line across his throat. yk. like he’s getting his head chopped off. like he’s dying. like the petrova line is killing him.
Eridian scientists using gene editing on grace to replace sad feeble short life human dna with good Eridian dna so he can live as long as his bestie. do you hear me.
Wakes up with all of his senses in absolute overdrive, tries to get out of bed and nearly face plants, braces himself with his arm and it leaves a crack in his flooring, he runs over to a mirror and realizes he has patches of rock growing from his skin and his entire back and right arm is covered in carapace, rocky comes over to check on him and finds his house in absolute shambles, grace curled in the middle of the mess. And tries his best to calm him down.
That's a pretty spectacular photo of Duck Planet B, especially for a smartphone-through-the-eyepiece shot, but my favorite picture of the Duck Planets will always be this one from the Anatid-II probe which flew by the pair in 2011:
The cloud banding is a little clearer in this view I think, especially the high southern latitudes.
