I think the worst part about mfs loving the white boy from The Backrooms is that he in no way is the go to Problematic Tumblrboy. Clark is. Clark IS the perfect Pathetic Man archetype that Tumblr loves to babygirlify and fawn over. He's self obsessed, vain, arrogant, angry, pathetic, making a midlife crisis everyone's problem- he's got all the things that I have seen people love in a fictional man time and time again. He's right there. It's just- y'know. He's black.

There was a split second where I thought naming the baby Robin was weird, but after thinking about it a bit it makes sense. She wasn't some random ex of Hughie's, he loved her and she died, needlessly, and her death was the catalyst for the show and the whole reason he and Annie even met and got together. She did nothing wrong and there's no reason for Annie to be jealous. It's a nice gesture and way of remembering her.
