We all have two different wills deep inside: one is the Ego, the other one is the Transcendent Self.

One of them says: „You have one life only! Go for it! Do it! Now! No need to wait more time! Do not hesitate!”

The other one says: „You are a spiritual being. Your life is an eternal journey. Don’t rush. Do what is salutary and satisfying. Good things take time. Do not be impatient. Wait for your moment and impress: just in the right time.”

These two wills are always in conflict inside of everyone with no exception. This is the reason for your being concerned, upset, distracted, unhappy, causing different kinds of psychical and mental illnesses.

The one leaded by a blind self-will: is living your life.

The one leaded by the real truth: is living your destiny.

What is leading you? The advice: Follow the Truth inside of you! In other words: Listen to your better self.

You know you are listening to your better self, when the tension -inside of you- has just gone. Ahhh!

If you do not live your destiny, you are raged. The worried eyes, the rattling hands, the distracted breathing, the impatient mind are all meaning there is a battle around here, an endless struggle inside of you (between Ego and Transcendent Self) and never know who will be the winner.

If you are on your journey of your destiny: you are fine. Calmed.

If on the „journey of the self-will”: you are worried. Frightened.

Self-will can be for instance: a thing you want so hard for yourself, right here right now, scolding every situation and people that might be in your way. E.g: „I want to work. No matter what. Somebody please hire me and pay, so that I can feel myself useful.” OR „I want to love somebody. I need someone. No matter who, all I need is someone being around, who loves me, wants me, hugs me, who cares so that I won’t be lonely any more” etc.

Destiny can be for instance: The Thing, you have been dreaming for a while, and you know It will become reality in time. It consists of many small steps, but you need them all, one by one, even if they are not too charming for the first time. Your Plan/Thing/Destiny/Desire/Goal/Venture/Urge/Issue is NOT ONLY good for you, but good for the others, too. E.g: „I am going to do all the steps today I can do for my dream. And I am going to do it tomorrow, too. I am useful by doing it, because I am working on it day by day. I am on my way, following my desire!” OR „I am open to others. I am me. I can go to new places. If I need to, I can speak to others. I am fine, good people are coming around.”

Your Fate is not functioning in a linear line, but in zigzag. That is why it is needed to let the changes in. The secret is that do not stick to anything: “I am able to start it again… and again.”

There is no smart plan or fix routine that can prevent you in changing direction -  if it is needed.

In martial art, it is called the „Following Tactics”: the artist does not resist. The artist takes the enemy’s movement over, following him. He keeps on doing the movement together with the other one… and only after that  (!) puts him out of balance.

So: when your Ego and your Trans-self are fighting:

-          put your questions (you can write them down, too), calm down and start to find the answers. If you are calm, you start to listen to that better self who wants the truth. You will recognise the truth, because you feel calm and pleased at this time.

The True Man takes a rest in the evening. During the day he works for his Destiny, and at night he can relax with a calm spirit to take a rest, to continue the work tomorrow  in the same spirit
