Dystopia

Ok, today is an emotional day, apparently. I haven’t been active here for some time, and I randomly opened this blog again. I saw some notifications on my inbox and I just scrolled through it and quickly got to the older messages and I have to say: This is a great community. 

I remember how dark it was for me back then, being suicidal, reblogging about self-harm and depression. The part I realize now, it was SO easy to ignore all the love some of you were just handing out, and that’s the worst part. Tons of messages from lovely people telling me it will get better, offering help, and I was just ignoring them. If you are struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts, I don’t have to offer you advice, because it hasn’t completely worked out for me, and it works differently for every one of us.
