- Yet another job thatâs well fitting for a reader thatâs a partner to someone as excitable and passionate about their profession like Venture is, feeding into each others professions and such.
- As much as they love reader regardless of their careers, I think it'd simply just be easier to bond with the reader due to the fact they have so much in common, they can tell the reader something to a level in which they don't have to overthink and have to simplify things before they come out of their mouths in fear of the reader not knowing what they are talking about, making conversation simply flow better.
The amount of inside jokes and puns that spew out of their mouths in this scenario is absolutely unholy, the reader's life is never dull inside and out of their work.
A person like Venture actively goes out of their way to be unwaveringly supportive when it comes to their partner, it's just a natural given to them, so when there's parts of their job they do not understand, I do see them taking the time to sit down, and listen, they love learning and love it even more when they're learning from the love of their life.
The studying that an paleontologist has to do is infamously extensive, and there's always a metaphorical well to wallow through, and Sloan is always there, the readers own personal cheerleader who in which praises their lover deeply when every significant goal in the reader's career is achieved, from the most pivotal to the monumental, Sloan is there to pick the reader off their feet and give them an enthusiastic kiss or two.
Believes fossils are the coolest thing ever, well, asides from priceless artifacts of course, like, that used to be a living, breathing, creature, which is now forever imprinted onto a rock, deep in the crust, simply having to wait to be unearthed, every fossil providing an insight to the past much like artifacts, Mother Nature's artifacts.
And as we all know, paleontologists don't just unearth ancient specimen. They also frequently are involved in studies of ancient climate change and the evolution and extinction of past life forms, something that would definitely intrigue Venture, especially if the reader is greatly moved by their occupation, that fervor for life being incredibly attractive and adorable to Venture.
If the reader is able to keep pieces of fossils, whether it be for a personal collection or for simply studying for a little bit, Venture is almost always quick to ask and comment about it, they just can't help it-- A curiosity that always finds itself erupting from their chest like a bush of roses.
Paleontology can be a very delicate work, something that Venture completely understands and respects, shutting off their excitement just enough to approach things carefully, being both a gentle person as a whole, but a gentle partner as well.
Loves incorporating their lovers work into their lives as much as they do for their own, getting them things, both serious and silly= that reminds them of said work and presenting them as gifts or scenarios in which they go with the reader with the purpose of bonding with the reader, their heart flowing with love with every decision they make.
(This is a shorter one, but I think it's for the best, I'm trying to pace myself more and this is my way of doing it, I do hope you enjoy this, this was months overdo lol.)
