is there something that you feel like you need to do everyday (not counting eating/sleeping/pooping)
âEveryday, hm? Â Well, itâs my routine to go for a walk sometime during the day.â
âUsually itâs just a short one, but there has to be a motive behind it, you seeâŚâ
Room 190 {defectiolunae; closed}
It was finally evening, and Noire was still completely lost. She had been searching for the cabins for about 2 hours, and mostly ended up finding rocks, sand, and ocean. Finally, she came upon some buildings that looked at least remotely like houses, and let out a sigh of relief. Gods, she was tired.Â
As she trudged up the sand, she tried remembering who her roommates were. Noire knew she had some, and that made her feel awfully nervous. Other than with her parents, she rarely associated with the likes of other people, mostly out of fear that they would dislike her.
But now, she was surrounded by them, and she couldnât help but be a nervous wreck.
Finally, she arrived at the door to her cabin and pulled out her key before sticking it in the lock and opening the door. âHelloâŚ?â
Of course, she was greeted by running smack into someone else, resulting in her landing on the floor with a thud.
Her expression changed.
âFOOLISH HUMAN.. YOU DARE SEND I, NOIRE, SPRAWLING TO THE GROUND? YOU WILL PAY, MERE MORTALâŚâ
It was then that she saw who her new roommate was, and she calmed. âOh, um, Iâm sorry, I overdid it again..â
Bored of having small talk with the demon inside his beloved book, Klug had decided that it would be best for him to take a walk outside before it got too late in order to pass the time. Â He'd figured that his roommates would have already been there when he had arrived at the cabin, but that didn't seem to be true. Â Waiting didn't seem to be bringing anyone either, so out he went.
However, he didn't make it very far before crashing right into someone else at the doorway, his brisk walking pace causing quite a bit of force. Â He stumbled backwards, nearly falling over but catching himself before he did so. Â Almost immediately, he opened his mouth to scold whoever had hit him -- only to find that she was, rather, scolding him.
Though she had apologized, Klug was not too happy with the prospect of being threatened. Â He cleared his throat first, then mouthed a few words as though he wanted to begin speaking, but didn't make a sound until he sighed. Â He changed the subject quickly, before he did end up yelling.
"Haah... You... You must be one of my roommates, then?"
let's see some magic / windtome
Finding quiet, unpopulated spots was not Klug's specialty. Â This was rather evident as he began searching for places in the vicinity of the island to practice his spells without being watched too closely for comfort or accidentally injuring anyone. Â If anything, really, Klug would have liked the attention, but he figured he didn't want to cause too much of a disruption.
Eventually, he chose an area shrouded by shrubbery near the hotel as it seemed isolated enough. Â As soon as he had checked the area for any other people, he sighed and opened his book. Â Immediately, a little red spirit emerged from the text, raising its arms and seeming to stretch before grinning at Klug.
Klug instructed the demon that they were going to be practicing a few spells; after all, he needed to keep up his abilities as well as his intelligence. Â Without further ado, he began, starting with repetitively completing small, rather weak attacks before building to stronger ones.
"Ursa--" he began calling the name of his next spell, but cut himself short as he caught a glance of someone other than himself in the shrubbery. Â Concentration broken, he turned towards the other, looking a bit irritated.
"Ah! Â You-- what are you doing here?"
a verbal battle / Miku & Klug
Oh, this was good! She had thought he looked to be a prestigious book worm; boy, had she been right! To his eyes narrowing, she returned an amused smileâ irritation was one way to make a person crumble and it seemed like a fun road to approach at the moment.
âYeah, and whatcha gunna study? How to murder everyone to get out of a prison? Or maybe youâre thinkinâ youâre the master mind who can figure his way outta here ~?â
Curiosity brightened her features as she tilted her head to one side and studied the boy. Strange how someone could hold such ignorance in this kind of settingâ did he really think relying on his eyes would get him far?
âWell, you keep trustinâ people you see. Just be sure to keep your eyes open when you feel a knife in your back; yâmight be able to see who stabbed you.âÂ
Truthfully, this guyâs fearlessness poked at Mikuâs attention. Yes, she did find him to be somewhat of an idiot, Â but she almost admired what she viewed as his empty confidence. Still, his eagerness to argue with her needed to be checked. Didnât he know? Princess was always right.
No longer was he irritated; instead, he was continuing the argument out of competition and pure confidence that he was right. Â Sure, it was idiotic, but it was nice to have a debate once in a while. Â And hey, this girl didn't seem too bad at countering at a rate he could keep up with.
"Unlike what seems to be most of you all, I would like to keep up my intelligence while I'm here. Â Which includes studying -- sciences, mathematics, you know. Â You'd also be surprised what you can pick up in books, knowledge or otherwise..."
As if to demonstrate, he held out and flipped open the red-covered book that he carried nearly everywhere with him, keeping the text facing away from the teal-haired girl. Â A moment later, a small red spirit with hands and a grinning face matching Klug's popped out, curving back around the boy's neck to peer at her.
"I'm not saying I trust anyone, you see, that'd be quite stupid of me. Â You can't upset anyone, right? Â Or you may end up regretting it."

âUhâ and putting high school students against each other isnât?â Jeez, sometimes she could swear this school was full of nothing but slowpokes in the brain. Shouldnât kids be expecting these kinds of happenings by now? The place had been overthrown by a monochromatic bear, after all; what was so weird about being teleported to an island by a fairy bear?
âBesides, wouldnâtcha rather be worrying about how tan youâre gunna get than worrying about your butt getting cut off? Seems like a nice change.â
Her tone was more playful than anything at this point; she wasnât trying to argue, just trying to tease.Â
Unfortunately for her, Klug took her teasing as quite offensive. Â He closed his eyes for a second, placing a hand on the brim of his glasses and huffing indignantly before he opened his eyes again, narrowing them just slightly at her.
"I'd much rather, at the very least, study instead of have a... a vacation."  He paused, moving his hand to push the lenses up, masking his eyes as he continued, "Most of the people I've seen don't look like they'd purposefully hurt anyone, anyways."  Another pause as he grinned, though it was more spiteful than out of jest.  "There's certainly no reason to be worried even about getting killed -- I'm surely not, and I won't be."
It seemed he had gotten rather off topic -- oh well, there was no point in trying to link his thoughts. Â In conclusion, he placed a hand on his hip, his gaze rather competitive.
ooc. Aaand again just because Klug needs to interact with people even if I'm terrible at coming up with starters oop
If you want me to write a starter for you, please like this post and I'll get to it as soon as I'm able!!

With his book tucked underneath his arm, Klug watched his fellow students swim and play at the beach. Â It took quite a lot of effort on his part not to get too angry at them, but he managed to content himself with muttering his disapproval to himself. Â Of course, it was rather infuriating that no one was doing any work, but he was already contemplating joining in on the fun.
However, he didn't know anybody well enough to intend on socializing with them. Â Klug pursed his lips, tilting his head downward to the point where his eyes could not be seen through the glare in his glasses as he thought over the situation, perhaps much more than needed. Â In the end, the solution was rather simple, though he would have preferred not to make friends with -- well, anyone at all.
Klug put on a rather forced smile, scanning the area for any lonesome-seeming people hanging around. Â Soon enough, he chose to approach a boy with blue hair standing not too far away, calling out to him as he raised a hand in greeting.
"Hey, who are you?"
"An... An island..."
"This... This is a school, isn't it? Â This is completely ridiculous...!" Â Needless to say, the change of scenery certainly hadn't made Klug any happier. Â He would rather not spend his time dawdling on the beach; even if the conditions regularly were twisted, it was still a high school, and Klug wasn't going to be taking any relaxing vacations.
At least he didn't have to worry about being murdered for the time being.
now where are the books / Hiccup & Klug
As much as Hiccup doesnât like the idea of killing every student, he tried his best to stay out of their way. The best way? Hiccup has to find some places to get to know about things right away. Â He figured, the library is best for him. When he looked at his map again, which he is sure to make a sketch of every nook and nanny, Hiccup frowned.
There must be some things he hasnât know yet. Hiccup knew he must depend on his abilities to its full potential. First, Â Heâs a tamer and animals can communicate with him. Second, he knows how to strategize stuff brilliantly. Third, he has intelligence with him and can top all the classes. Fourth, he has an inventing as one of his talents.
âYou there, help me find the library!â
âHuh!?â Hiccup was startled, and snapped out of his thoughts. Whoa, way to go. The Viking stopped and hid his map from being seen. While he looked for the source of the voice, his emerald hues scanned the area. Students seem to talk about the recent stuff about going to the party, but Hiccup didnât pay attention to any of it.
âWell, I can help you.â Hiccup offered while he approached the student. People in this area are getting stranger by the minute. Â He has been busy sketching or drawing stuff recently in his dorm. âAre you new here? Iâm just getting used to this place.â
Hm, this student didn't seem like he would hurt a fly.  A grin spread across Klug's face  as he looked the other up and down before reaching once again to push his glasses back up the bridge of his nose.  He placed a hand on his hip, holding his book (with the little red spirit now invisible, retracted back into the text) underneath his armpit as he gallantly spoke words that didn't need quite the demonstration,
"Indeed I am new -- just got here, actually, so if you would show me around..." Â His tone seemed more like a demand than a simple suggestion. Â "But first, of course, to the library, I need entertainment here..."
There was a very brief silence before Klug realized that the boy had hid something as soon as he had called out. Â An eyebrow raised before he tilted his head, trying to discreetly get a look at the sketched map. Â "What do you have there?"

now where are the books / open
What kind of school was one where the students had to kill each other?
Certainly not one Klug wanted to be at, though it seemed he didn't have much of a choice as there apparently wasn't any way of escape. Â With a sigh, the purple-clad boy with his book exited the gymnasium and glanced about the hall, eyebrows furrowed and a hand rested on the edge of his glasses. Â There were only few, it seemed from a glance, that looked as though they would murder another intentionally, but it never hurt to be on guard.
Absorbed in his thoughts, Klug had begun aimlessly wandering the halls. Â He didn't have any clue as to where anything was, but he was sure he would figure it out eventually. Â Maybe he could find a map...
Eventually his confidence and tolerance grew thin as the topics to ponder ran out and no maps showed up. Â Leaning against a wall, he huffed and frowned, pushing the brim of his glasses back up the bridge of his nose before a little red spirit sticking out of his book caught his eye.
It was evidently just as fed up as Klug was with wandering aimlessly... however, the sight of the book gave Klug an idea. Â Though a bit odd, this place stil was a school; there was bound to be a library somewhere.
Instead of setting off again, the teenager remained where he was and waited for the next person to pass by before he stood up straight, coughing in order to get the other's attention before he spoke.
"You there, help me find the library!"
