manifestation myths are like the stories you hear whilst sat around a campfire, they are the pudding most people have dipped their hands into, and much like how dumb it is to dip your hand into pudding, you realise that it only dirtied your hand and literally benefitted you in no way whatsoever!
so, today, let's tackle some common myths and debunk them!
Having to listen a certain amount of times or for specific durations.
You don't need to listen to anything, you can just affirm, but if you wanna listen just listen once if you want but you can literally recieve results without even pressing the subliminal.
You don't need to drink water, it is simply suggested bcs you should stay hydrated in general💀😭
Needing to enter the void state
You don't need to enter the void to get your desires. It is not a must. Stop putting the void on a pedestal.
You need to have a script
You don't need to script to manifest, or shift. You can make one to clarify what you want, there is nothing wrong with it, but you do not need one.
"You have to be specific otherwise your mind won't understand."
Your mind is smarter than you give it credit, it is not only you but everything around you. It knows everything, it understands everything. You don't need to speak to it like it's a baby, it's been carrying you through life believe me it won't suddenly regress.
There are some things you can't manifest
You can manifest anything you want, doesn't matter if its a new body, new pen, new house, new job, new book , new life. Its all easy, stop making it a huge deal.
"You need to feel tingles to know you're getting results"
Tingles are not and never have been necessary, if you get them, you do, if you don't, you do. It doesn't change your results.
"You need to constantly affirm if you want your desires"
No, you don't. You just have to believe and go on with your life.
"You have to stick to living in the end 24/7"
No, you do not. You can have your moments were you feel bad or don't maintain that mindset and that's okay. You're a human, take care of yourself.
There are rules to manifesting
I've seen people constantly say you need to do this and that and let me tell you this, its bullshit. You need one thing; Belief. That's it. You don't need anything else. I'll make a post about this because people really have been hypocritical when it comes to this💀
