i wish these young men knew that "real men" aren't on social media trying to tell you how to be a real man.

be assertive, don't be a push over, but do it with grace and respect
hold no grudges; forgive and move on. this is for you so you can give to the next person without being held back because "Last time i helped someone, this happened"... keep growing through it

stand up for what is right
treat women like any other human (she's just a girl. my wording sounds nonchalant, but it's true. she's just a girl, you're just a guy. we're all human beings. so be kind, be respectful, let things that will develop occur naturally.)
pursue women for love (heavily reflect on your desire for her; question yourself. you'll know the difference, and you should act accordingly. accept rejection with grace, keep moving forward, and keep growing)
ensure you take time to grow as a man, which often takes pain and patience... not shaving off your eyelashes... to develop. through trials by, metaphorical, fire (just the hardships you face in life) you will become the man you should be. being this man will help you Love and Care for what you must steward in your life.
steward what's in your life: take care of your health, your pets, your car, your house, your wife; take care of it all. go for a walk, workout, spend time with your pet, vacuum / wash your car; top up some oils if need be, tell your wife you love her and surprise her with something special (like your time)... obviously, don't love bomb / smother what you steward, but these are steady things that should be on your heart that you must be willing to do.
the hallmark of a Man isn't barking online about "being a man", comparing yourself, and looking down on others... it's preventing others from going through pain, it's protecting those who can't protect themselves, it's standing up for what's right, it's loving those you've been given the privilege to love... i kid you not, you see what's in your life differently when you see them as a privilege to love rather than a mere responsibility.
