When I first started making “Resonant Frequencies” I wrote it to be an animated show. Then I realized I’m poor as fuck and couldn’t afford to do that, and made it into a graphic novel series instead. Before I made it a graphic novel though, Brooke Burnett did some test animations. Please enjoy this short gif of my favorite quantum physicist feminine boi, Fox!

These are the ROUGH DRAFTS of the first 5 pages of my graphic novel (The final will be fully outlined, colored and composited). I am always very hesitant to post stuff before it's entirely done, but I was advised by some very smart people that I should start showing off the progress, and it means a lot to me that you took the time to read this small snippet. The final first volume of the graphic novel is 126 pages long, so this is just a very small peek into the story. Currently the project is about 15% done, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is just myself and the illustrator, Brooke Burnett, making this whole book. Hello, I’m new to tumblr so not entirely sure how it works, but I wanted to introduce a graphic novel I’ve been working on for a while now: Resonant Frequencies! Two seemingly ordinary people, James and Parker, find themselves in the middle of a war between two secret societies that want to harness James and Parker’s unique abilities. James is chaotic and has the ability to remove all reason and logic from everything, while Parker takes all the originality and uniqueness out of everything she touches. Together, they have the power to alter, or destroy, reality. With the help of quantum physicists Fox, and James’ strange girlfriend Vanessa, James and Parker must decide who to trust, and deal with their personal issues, without destroying the universe!
