Looking around slightly, desperately hoping Gray and Juvia was around to come save her from this embarrassment she sighed when there were no signs of her friends anywhere and looked at the random person, trying her hardest to stay calm and failing miserably as she stuttered out her response.

TATTOOS

Lucy now has tattoos all over her body, the only really visible one though is where Aquarius’ mark had been in black ink. The rest of her tattoos are all of her zodiacs where they appear when their magic is in use, however they are in white ink.

NIGHTMARES

Lucy is frequently troubled my nightmares, at first they had just been about her parents, her mothers passing being all her fault and her father blaming her death on her, however after joining Fairy Tail more were added. Now she often see’s the pain and suffering her being around has caused.

Phantom Lord attacking and Fairy Tail fighting to keep her safe, while she knows it was also due to the atrocities done to their guild members and hall she still feels entirely responsible and has never forgiven herself for it.

Loke and the pain she could have saved him by simply seeing what was right in front of her all along, she dreams of her never finding him and the pain that is accompanied with never seeing him again.

Oración Seis where she failed as a Mage to protect her spirits from coming to harm and making them fight against one another, the pain and suffering that was caused at her hand because she wasn’t strong enough to fight physically.

Edolas where she saw the doubt in everyone’s eyes that for a short period of time she was their only hope, the fate of their survival resting on her magic capabilities and how she had once again failed.

The GMG where she continuously lost against her opponents and ended up doing nothing as she watched her future self die and being unable to close the Eclipse Gate by herself like she was supposed to do.

MAGIC LIMITATIONS

With the way that Lucy’s Magic works there is a big catch, nothing comes easily after all and everything comes with a price, for Lucy that is that the power she wields is unstable when she is. As a Fairy Tail Mage she draws her strength and her power from the emotions and bonds that exist between her and those she loves, the same goes for her Spirits, when they are under contract they follow orders of Mage’s they do not care for but will fiercely protect their contract holder if they genuinely care for them.

Having been alive for aeons has meant that they were exposed to both Light and Dark Mages, their demeanour can DRASTICALLY change given the situation and people involved. As a result of this when Lucy is using their Magic and does lose control over her emotions she channels their instincts and will begin to change slightly as proof. For example, whilst channelling Loke if she loses control her hair will change so she has little ears and she takes on the stronger aspects of his personality if he were in a similar situation.

WEIGHT

Lucy is very conscious about her weight and was even before she came to Fairy Tail, as an heiress there were certain ‘standards’ that she needed to meet and so Jude was often on about how she needed to look the part, which meant having a personal trainer that was constantly working Lucy in order to make sure that she stayed in shape. Though it was never said specifically that she was overweight, because she really wasn’t, there were always comments regarding her exercise and whether or not she had been keeping up with it that made her feel as though she wasn’t adequate enough causing her to gain a weight complex.

Having Gray as her partner helped a lot because he was always supportive about how she was fine as she was but the digs at her weight from Natsu and Happy, which she still received just not as often, simply made it worse for her. Though she has never had an eating disorder of sorts she is still extremely aware of her weight at all times, she has a set regimen for exercise that she follows every day without fail unless she physically cannot move to do so and tries her hardest to eat as healthily as possible.
