Reimu is...

A mini painting I made for a challenge with art friends to portray a childhood fictional character crush. For me that was Natasha from Shining Force 2: Sword of Hajya. It wasn't until much, much later in life that I found out that this game is really Shining Force Gaiden 2, which explains why nobody else in the world seems to know or care about it. It's a sequel to a spin-off side story!

This was the only graphic for her in the game aside from her sprite:

Crazy to think that I could develop a crush on a character who hardly said anything and only had a tiny little portrait, but I definitely did!

I don't post my kawaii uguu anime girls on my main account, but I can't be bothered to maintain an entirely separate identity on here. Check out my site if my art is to your liking.
