25. What is her love language? I think canonically, it's touch and, with Rio, acts of service/gifts (bodies). In my AUs, it's pretty much the same, and words of affirmation.
27. Most embarrassing secret? Canonically, her heartbreak and secret are that she couldn't save Nicky. She wasn't powerful enough. Her wife took him instead, and she couldn't stop it. She lies so no one knows the real story.
AUs, well, MovieVerse, she's pretty shameless, but it's not knowing how to take care of people as well as Lorna and Lilia did/do. Not sure about the others.

17. Favorite song from a genre you don't usually enjoy? I am not a fan of country music, though I do enjoy nineties female country. Because of the playlist @hannah-0730 and I created for Skates and Stilettos, bitch put country on it because of Texas, I have listened to more than usual. I really like "What Ifs" by Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina.
22. A song that, in your opinion, encapsulates an entire decade: "Man, I Feel Like A Woman" will always encapsulate the nineties to me. It's not even a genre I usually listen to.

A song that altered your brain chemistry: Just one? Damn. One of the first songs I ever remember being fascinated with was 'Bohemian Rhapsody' by Queen. I grew up listening to it, as my dad has always been into rock music. "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me" by Taylor Swift is a more recent one, just because it encompasses so much for me.
5. A song that has been a favorite recent discovery: "Like A Woman Can" by Halestorm.
23. A song you wish you could hear live: I have been so lucky in that I have heard a lot of amazing music from my favorite artists live. I haven't seen Halestorm live and would love to, specifically "Dear Daughter" because clearly, I need to cry more. While I saw the Eras Tour twice, I think hearing "Mad Woman" live would heal something in me.

🌸 Best compliment you ever received? I've actually received a lot that were meaningful and up there with the best. There have been several about my writing, mainly being how meaningful and important 'If This Was A Movie' was to specific people and how I portrayed all of the themes in that story. Being able to reach people that way has been extremely impactful, and those are some of the coolest compliments.
With parenting, people just compliment the kid and how well we're doing. Parenting is hard, so hearing that we're doing something right is such a boost.
Then teaching and, in general, just hearing that I helped and made a difference, especially in special education or a Discord community I started. I try to be the woman I needed, or the teacher I needed, so when I succeed, it's a special thing to me.
🧸 Favorite place to nap? Anywhere. I can absolutely take a nap anywhere, but really, just a very cold room is usually good. If my wife is there, even better.
