This post is going to serve as a little formal introduction to our humble Crestfallen blog. Herein you will find the charming chaos of The Obituary Writer living his dream of running a Tumblr and engaging with fans.

If you haven’t heard of us before, welcome! Death by Dying is a whimsical horror comedy fiction podcast about an obituary writer in a town full of secrets and an unusually high rate of absurd, silly deaths. He investigates mysteries surrounding the deaths he is supposed to simply be writing about, and along the way he will meet murderous farmers, phantom bicycles, three adorable man-eating cats, and a grieving poet who seems to be connected to an ominous force lurking in The Dark Woods…

We’ve become a bit known for popping up unexpectedly on folks’ posts – The Obituary Writer loves to peruse the Death by Dying tags. Many delightful shenanigans to be had, but if you’re not into that kind of thing…
