Mourningstar had been very excited to go outside more often, especially now that the wilderness surrounding the carbon mines has been bursting with life. That, and she seemed eager to keep the wild flora thoroughly watered to avoid forest fires--A common risk in the Summer months, it seemed. During their routine outing, however, the femme perked up upon sensing a peculiar energy that was lurking in the woods.
"Oh...! Sir, I think she's here...! She's the human that taught me how to make those lovely rose pastries," The hybrid piped up, excitedly swiveling her helm in all directions, positively eager to see if she could spot something. Or more accurately, someone.
Moving towards the energy source, Mourningstar maintained a grin on her faceplate while her optics gleamed. The rumbling of the ground was what caught the small woman's attention first, her posture immediately becoming poised for defense before she saw it was Mourningstar that was approaching. Upon closer inspection, Megatron would find that the hybrid wasn't joking when she said that the human was unusual. Muscular yet curvy build with a petite stature; a couple small bald spots on her head; pale skin adorned in a mix of long-faded scars and faded black stripes; visibly calloused hands and knuckles; and fang-toothed smile that conveyed a genuine sense of warmth towards Mourningstar. The humans of Detroit were VERY well-aware of the Decepticon threat, and yet, this one didn't run.
She stood her ground, and looked up at Megatron curiously. A brow raised while she planted her hands on her broad hips.
"Hope I wasn't interrupting you and your friend's stroll, I was out foraging, and wasn't really expecting to see someone else besides Mournie out here," The little lady remarked politely, her voice surprisingly soft and jovial despite the rough appearance.
Oh well, that day was bound to come sooner or later. Megatron was already aware of that human's existence, given how enthusiastically Mournie used to talk about her. So, she was the one who had taught Mourningstar that recipe? This woman was truly a genius. Megatron had even asked Mournie for more of those rosie pastries she had made that one time. Despite not being much of a fan of organics, Megatron had to set his prejudice aside, seeing as the human was a good friend to his dear Mourningstar.
And her polite response was far from badāquite the opposite, in fact. Megatron appreciated that (and most humans could learn a thing or two from her example). It wasn't just her politeness that impressed him, but also her calm demeanor; most humans would have run away screaming at the mere sensation of his presence.
"Ah, you must be the organic Mourningstar keeps telling me about. I believe your name is... Kyung, correct? Mournie has spoken a great deal about you." He pauses briefly, maintaining a calm demeanor. "Allow me to introduce myself properly. My designation is Megatron, leader of the Decepticons." He always feels a deep sense of pride in his spark whenever he utters that phrase.
"And no, you aren't interrupting at all, rest assured. In fact, I had a feeling weād eventually run into each other. And I must admit: that recipe you taught Mourningstar was excellent." High praise coming from Megatron, thatās a rarity! But he speaks with sincerity. "Those sweets were incredible. How long have the two of you been friends?" He asks curiously.
