If there’s anything I’ve learned in life it’s that being confident and having self respect will sometimes evoke some of the most irrational obsessive hatred and anger in other people. Particularly if you’re perceived as someone who doesn’t “deserve” to feel that way about yourself there’s a very specific type of anger that comes from people who can’t understand why someone who they think should hate themselves doesn’t

There’s something wrong with you psychologically if you’re unhappy and discontented living a life where you’re structurally doomed to social isolation, there are no jobs, rent is a majority percentage of any job you manage to get, there are no forms of recreation that don’t cost money, the culture around you is slop, and the world is ending horribly. You should do the work and go through a healing journey and maybe then I’ll care what you have to say
