Dairy (Erich messes up babies bellies, and chemicals babies should never consume. Have you ever done your research on what's in formula?? It's scary and gross!! Breast is best and thats a proven fact. The only reason a,mother couldn't breastfeed would be due to her health condition, or if she's on drugs. Its not common. If that is the case there are facebook groups for donating and selling of breastmilk. Also wet nurses to help your baby get the best. Never give up without trying first, do your research! And please buy the breastfeeding book!!!

2months later I missed my period. I took a test and seen the two lines just as dark as could be. As much as I wanted to be excited I was terrified. I was afraid It would happen again. I was afraid to do anything. Every little cramp scared me, everytime I wiped I checked for blood. I was terrified for months!! I’m 6 months pregnant now with our son. And I still check for blood, I’m still worried. The shadow of a,loss has never left me. Its gotten easier but never gone away. My little girl would have been born next month. And everytime I think April my eyes water. I cried writing this. The,pain of a loss, your little baby no matter how small she was I already loved her, she was,mine and I was hers. My daughter! And It still breaks my hearts. The pain will never go away. It only gets easier but I’ll never forget. And I’ll never stop loving her.

We get what we tolerate, what we constantly allow in our lives but all it really is, is a habit. Its a way of how we look at life, Its a,habit of language we use. Because when we use these words we become that! So what do we do, How do we change? Just as we train our bodies we have to train our minds. Dont ever stay in a frustrated state. Dont make a home for your anger or depression. When it comes by make a rule visiting only!! We train ourselves to be depressed, to be angry, just by doing it all the time. Its like a muscle. We get wired the more we do something the more wired we get. Train yourself to be happy, to feel strong. DONT SETTLE you get what you tolerate! Train your mind. And find something or someome you want to train other than yourself! A person, your family, your community, or Humanity! Have motives that go beyond yourself. Find something to serve, and dont tolerate weakness. Life is to short to feel like crap! It dosent mean I wont have bad days, it just means I wont stay there.
