I do think it's interesting that people online think that I should spend over $1000 on a fancy new top of the line GPU just to play a couple of AAA games. 1/2

My GTX 1070 still plays 1000's of other games most of which are made by indie devs who realise that making your game run on more devices means more sales. Also if you look at raw performance it still has more power than newer low end GPUs and even the Steam Deck. 2/2

The fact that EB Games Australia can get away with locking preorders for collectors editions of games behind the EB World Plus subscription is criminal, just like with trading cards. It doesn't stop scalpers all it does is stop consumers from buying these things from offical retailers. 1/2

And what's worst EB has exclusivity rights to a lot of things in Australia. I think it's time the Consumer Watchdog investigated EB Games Australia. 2/2

Yorkshire Tea seems to be out of stock in a lot of places in Australia right now, not sure why but I have suspicions. Might be time to update the TEACON status.

I do find it amusing that games are increasingly not even advertising the PC and Xbox versions, I ain't buying a PS5 no matter how hard Sony tries to force exclusivity and be anti-consumer.

Man that ending of Season 5 of For All Man Kind was amazing, and the little teaser for the next season brings up interesting new questions.

I used to listen to music way more when phones had headphone jacks, having to mess around with making sure bluetooth headphones are charged and then having to repair them every time you want to use a different device drives me up the wall. 1/2

Combined with the fact the batterys in bluetooh headphones cant be easily replaced and bluetooth audio isn't exactly secure or high quality. I mainly just listen at my PC because I can use my Beyerdynamic DT 770s and dont have to muck about. Maybe I just need a dedicated music player again. 2/2

So uh... I guess someone broke github release downloads 😅

I'm still sad that Stargate Atlantis and Universe never got real endings 😢

Well I've already run out of Miis to make in Tamodachi Life, made my family and a couple of other people and then the games like "add more"

Welp guess i wont be sleeping much for the next god knows how long, new people who brought the house next door must have decided that bringing in a bunch of heavy machinery to a residential property at 7 am on the dot.

Another new Nintendo game release and Australian stores barely get any physical copies. I had my order cancelled by EB Games because they "couldnt find the item" despite it being listed as in stock.

The image is reminiscent of the iconic Earthrise image taken by astronaut Bill Anders 58 years earlier as the Apollo 8 crew flew around the Moon. The Apollo 8 mission was the first crewed spacecraft to circumnavigate the Moon.

Uh... Okay Xbox but I'm not in Singapore and I've never been to Singapore...

I'm so annoyed at Nintendo and retail stores over Pokemon Pokopia, They seem to have sent copies to a ton of Twitch streams while I can't even buy a physical copy of the game anywhere, 1/2

I can't even pre-order it for the next shipment because most stores have removed the option to order for delivery and all the stores near me either don't have stock or aren't allowed to get the pre-orders. 2/2
