Deanishes Old Vlogs

What? A blog post? Really? It's been a long time since I threw anything online, even things as simple as status updates on facebook. I've been so busy with what is known as "life", the basics; Moving house, Job/Career stuff and maintaining relationships. That's not the only reason I stopped, I felt like I wasn't producing content I was 100% happy with, I was trying to meet deadlines and wasn't sure of what I wanted it to be. Due to the above, I went without posting on YouTube for a solid four months, and I don't just mean videos - I mean I pretty much disappeared. I was following a lot of awesome bloggers/vloggers and I just.. stopped being able to watch them. I had no time at all. Anyways, away from excuses. I'm back now and I was able to upload my first video, even if it was somewhere south of two minutes in duration. Now that's done I need to ensure I'm not falling into the same trap of neglecting the channel that I actually love, and didn't go a day without thinking about. It's also time to check up on some people I've sorely missed because I feel like a massive douchebag for just dissapearing. Even when they messaged me directly, I was in the haze of piles of work and just thought "I would reply later", but that just never ended up happening. I've got a new vlog setup, I went out of the way to buy new gear so I have no excuses, and will be setting it up sometime this week to get in front of the camera and say a proper hello to all the lovely people on youtube I've met this year. I'm cool now - let's get back on this horse and continue making things I'm proud of.
