If you ignore the woman's choice, you ignore her origin and use only her French husband's surname just bc original it's "too long" then don't call yourself a feminist atp. This is like deliberately using the wrong pronouns for a trans person just because you don't feel like it.

Chatbots have no feelings; no, they don't care about you, no matter how beautiful their words might sound. They harm not only you but also the planet you live on. I know it’s hard to quit them, but it is absolutely possible. If I could do it, so can you.

Dont know how to start? Here are a few tips from me:

1. Delete your accounts on chatbot platforms—RIGHT NOW. Putting it off practically guarantees you’ll get stuck in a loop.

2. To keep your mind occupied, listen to music, play games, get some coloring books, try that drink/food/game/movie/hobby thing you’ve been thinking about, work your hobby, go for a walk in the forest. Better dont ouch short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, etc.) or worse, corn—chatbots are just a new form of it. Occupy your mind, just not with this.

3. If you want to "step into someone else's shoes" again, go back to using your imagination — and it doesn't have to stay just in your head. You can write a story down on paper or listen to role-play audio on YouTube (believe me, not all of them are cringey). And if you're confident enough, start role-playing with other people.

4. TALK TO PEOPLE. Message someone close to you, have a conversation. No, they don't hate you, and they care about you—don't listen to those thoughts in your head. You are loved.
