Dead Serious

so depending on whether or not you follow me on my main blog, you might not know what happened with dead serious. to be honest with you, nothing really drastic happened, it was just that i was over ambitious and under prepared. (i was also 17 and trying to balance school with everything else)

basically, i thought i would hop on here and just give y'all a quick update on my plans for dead serious. for 2020, my resolution is to have released at least one episode of dead serious publicly and have finished the show as a whole.  ive been in a really good rhythm with writing recently and its really starting to feel like this will be achievable. in reality, this probably won’t be happening until autumn/winter of this year (2020) but it will happen! i am speaking it into existence here! 

(also a heads up: things are going to be different to how they were before. not only will it have different people acting, but it will actually have a plot! and good audio quality! i know what im doing now bc im doing a degree in it! hell yeah!)

i’ll post a more detailed post closer to the time, but until then, we’re not dead, just resting.

hell yeah! a q&a would be so buckwild and so much fun to do (and so easy to edit), but honestly i’m not sure when it would be possible, as SOME people decided to be on holiday at literally the opposite times (believe it or not its actually easier for us to record episodes during school)

if it does happen though, it will likely be with me (helena), rosalie and ellana (the voice of florence from episode one) and anyone else who is around to show up, and will probably be out around early september.

also!! send us questions you want answered! there will be a post closer to the time, but it would be great to get some sooner ;)

im planning to release a new episode next week sometime? but some of the audio is bad just a heads up, i haven’t had the heart to tackle the episode yet, and ive been busy these past few weeks, with work experience, preparing for a massive bbq and a drama production, so i havent really had time (sure helena keep telling people that)

yes!! we’re all in our first year of sixth form and we all start upper sixth in september! (hence why there’s been a bit of a gap recently because we had our mocks and just general End of Year Stress)

oh my! thank you for your kind words anon! we have a few new episodes in the works, we just need to work out times, but we should have a few episodes going up in the summer holidays :)
