"I am going to go ahead and say I am so, so sorry for your loss. And when I mean loss, I mean your house."
"You would never be able to find my place of residence, Kid." He snapped.
The creature didn’t like that.
Letting out a cry that resembled a cross between a growl and the rumbling of a stomach, it began thrashing around violently, slamming into walls and damaging the already decimated house even more. Sparks of lightning and static flew off at random intervals, and Vas was nearly fried with all the power being thrown around.
“You’re doing great!” he managed to shout as he stepped out of the way of a few bolts, “Just don’t let go! Don’t get, um, eaten either; that would be bad!”
Dodging another lightning blast, the assistant ran over and picked up a smoking piece of furniture. He then ran over to the thrashing creature and smacked it in what he assumed to be its nose, surprising it and causing it to stop moving altogether. Unfortunately, Vas only got three good hits in before the creature wised up and caught the make-shift club in its maw. It crushed it with a loud crunch before narrowing its eyes at him.
“Um, Berek? I think you should grab the bucket now…”
Berek growled and pumped his own electricity into the glove, pulling the bucket into his hand finally.
"Got it! Erg..." The smell of his flesh was even stronger now and he knew he couldn't keep it up. With all the strength he has remaining, Berek pushed as hard as he could from the weird and fell out of it, clinging to the bucket.
"Erg... Got it.."
