Hmm... I can see you being with Quentin Smith the most. He’s pretty quiet himself, but once you both hit it off he’ll really start to open up. Parties aren’t his thing, but if a friend of your’s or his drags one of you along, he’ll probably be standing with you near the back, trying to start conversation over the punch bowl. He’s a little nervous himself, so be sure to give him a helping hand. Your laugh will be one of his favourite things, and he’ll go out of his way to not only hear it, but to get you to snort. 

Because of his timid, quiet nature, date nights will probably be spent inside, curled up around each other doing something soft and quiet. If reading isn’t your thing he’d be more than happy to read to you, but if that’s not enjoyable either he’s more than happy to put a movie on or make dinner. If he’s cooking, don’t expect to take even a step into the kitchen. He wants to provide for you and make you happy, so he’ll take joy in pampering you endlessly.

Stinky nasty bastard husband.

Sure, he is technically a doctor, but Herman Carter has no idea what’s wrong with you. Feeling hot? Turn on the fan and leave him alone. Nauseous? He’s warned you about all that crap you eat, this is why he’s the one that picks what’s for dinner. Not getting out of bed? Quit being lazy. Throwing up? Well fuck, now he has to leave his work behind.

He doesn’t really mean to come off as rude and uncaring, his work just has him wound up too tight, especially since he’d had to start taking work home just to finish it. The CIA is ruthless after all.

He’ll secretly blame himself for your being sick, doing everything he can to make sure you’ll be okay. 

It’s just because he wants to go back to work.

This man is so dumb, he’ll be funneling you chicken noodle soup and Tylenol until you eventually, god only knows how, you get better all by yourself.

Will not let anyone else see to your care unless you’re dying. He didn’t get his “PhD” for nothing! He’s a doctor and damn it he’s going to be treated like it!

God I love Laurie so fucking much thank you she’s my wife. This one… Kinda got away from me. Oops!

You’ve known Laurie Strode since you can remember, having grown up alongside her. You’d never known much about her besides her name and her family, never having a class with her during your early years of school.

That all changed in high school, seeing as you were the two smartest girls in the grade. You had almost every class with Laurie, it was inevitable that the two of you would end up bonding together.

Well, “bonding” is a bit of an understatement really. Ever since your first study session together you’d felt that connection, that spark that really helped you hit it off. Who’d have thought you’d find the most beautiful girl in the world in rural Haddonfield? Definitely not you. And most definitely not Laurie.

With the coming of fall meant more secret outdoor dates. Picnics in the fields, star gazing, pumpkin carving, horror flicks at the theater. As much as it hurt the two of you having to hide your relationship, at least you were able to get away with going out together so much as “a hang out between best friends.”

But we all know a lot more than hanging out goes on.

But today was different. Midterms were coming up for you and Laurie, and you both needed to seriously crack down on studying. No more “it can wait”s and “we deserve a break”s.

That’s how you ended up here, with Laurie helping adjust your scarf for you for the outside studying session you were going to have together. “Come on, a little fresh air never hurt anyone.” That’s what did you in, you could never say no to such a sweet voice.

You’d spent all Saturday morning together out in that field together, textbooks open as you quizzed each other back and forth. And we’d be lying if we said there weren’t quick little kisses exchanged for getting the answer right.

Before you both knew it, it was noon, and Laurie was pulling out the sandwiches she’d made for you both. Ever the babysitter you suppose. Still, it’s sweet of her to do such a thing.

That, and eating something she made for you is the perfect distraction Laurie needs to slip into the flower field and start picking out the best of the best to make you something with. By the time you realized she was gone, having decided to go over your notes while eating, she was already constructing something for you out in the field. 

With a laugh and a call of her name you’d gone in to find her, glad you’d bundled up so tightly as the chilly autumn air tickled and nipped at your exposed face. After searching long enough to make you begin to worry, she’d grabbed you out of nowhere, making you shriek in fear before realizing it was just her.

“Aw come on babe, everyone’s entitled to one good scare.” She pressed a kiss to your cheek as you continued to scold her, chuckling a little as she placed what she’d created atop your head. “There, it looks perfect. Now everyone will see what a queen you are.”

Further investigation proved Laurie had made you a beautiful flower crown of wild flowers and sunflowers, a warm smile making its home on your face as you watched her head back to where your textbooks were left behind, her long skirt billowing gently in the wind. She was just as beautiful in that moment as those old renaissance paintings.

Herman is so good and I love him so much! Evan is doing his best. General warning for some dark content, but honestly this is a Dead by Daylight imagine blog, I think that’s a dark content warning enough. However!! I will tag themes and triggers if anyone asks.

Herman Carter, the Doctor:

Don’t let this man’s “PhD” fool you, he’s basically a chronic dumbass.

As long as you’re not in his way or bothering his work, he probably doesn’t care.

Will absolutely spoil you rotten if it’s really bad. He’ll set you up a little nest in the bedroom of blankets and pillows. Hell, he even buys you sweets and puts on a movie marathon for you.

But the man has work to do, he can’t be fretting over you constantly. However, he will hook you up with a steady stream of pain pills. He absolutely despises whining, especially from a grown adult like his girlfriend.

Just say in bed and don’t come into his office when he’s working. He has a hard-enough time juggling work and taking care of you as it is, he does not want to deal with your extra hormones meddling with his experiments.

That and he’s tired of hearing you scream over the severed heads and exposed brains he’s working with. Seriously, when the hell are you going to get used to it already?

But whether you piss him off or not, he will always cuddle you when the end of the day rolls around. Hell, he probably makes dinner, so you don’t have to leave bed and remind him just how bad your guts hurt. 

Evan MacMillan, the Trapper:

Evan lives in the lap of luxury thanks to the business his father “passed down” to him, and now so do you.

He’s made sure you’ll want for nothing, especially when something like a little monthly biology ails you. Gourmet chocolate? Why didn’t you ask sooner. Brand new silk pajamas? Already being specialty made to fit your body perfectly. You’re Evan’s most treasured possession, and he’ll go to any lengths to make sure you’re comfortable. Just don’t try to tell him how to run his business. That’s when things go bad.

When he finds out your period hits, he’s never leaving your side for the rest of the week. He understands that you’re weak and in need, he gets it, you should be thankful he’s taking time out of his busy work schedule to make sure you’re okay.

Does not offer you any pain meds. He sees this as a way to make you stronger. Something or someone’s got to toughen you up, and if I were you, I’d take the cramps over the Trapper any day.

A sickening amount of snuggles are going to follow with having Evan constantly near you for a week. He just loves you so much, he can’t stand to be away from you for any longer than necessary when you’re like this. Is there something wrong with showing his lover just how much he treasures them? No? That’s what he thought. 

The best part of having Evan around like this is all the fancy baths he draws for you. Nice and warm, little rose petals sitting at the top of the water, exquisite fragrances to help lull you into relaxation. And god, when he gets those strong, massive hands working over your shoulders and back, you could practically fall asleep like that.
