As a child, Los Angeles has always been my biggest long term goal. I’ve been living in Los Angeles for almost 2 years now. Oddly enough, reality still hasn’t kicked in for me. For some reason it’s hard for me to appreciate the now, I think my expectations are over powering my reality and its causing me to feel ungrateful for where I am. I had a great talk with a friend today who grounded me, she said “You’re in LA and there’s a lot of people who can’t even make it that far!”. I feel like I appreciate things when it’s too late, I never appreciate anything during the moment. I’m still trying to learn how to live in the now, I’m trying to learn how to stay grounded! I’m grateful to have people in my life who help me realize how far I’ve come! I’m still a work in progress, I’m still trying to reach my higher self! Constantly Evolving! 🧘
