See, I thought the name they gave me was a street name and google actually gave me an address for it but it turns out it’s in Georgia. – Like, what the fuck?’‘ She looked down at the phone again, going over the text message her co-worker had sent. ‘‘You kinda have to drive me all the way to Georgia, I think.’‘

Tyler had left work as soon as Mariana text him. He hadn’t been busy, but even if he had, he would’ve left to go and get her. When he pulled up behind her car, he got out and smiled, walking up to her and pressing a kiss to her forehead. “Hey you,” he mused. “Have you been here long? It’s really out in the middle of nowhere.”

The kiss did enough to provide the comfort she needed, wrapping her arms around her man and pouting slightly. ''I was supposed to visit a location and... something exploded in my engine.''
