Spyro and the Dragondaddies #1

Yep, #SpyroReignitedTrilogy made me appreciate Dragons. Big, burly fatherly dragons.

Fuck Cinder and grim crappy beat'em'up trilogies. Those beefcakes need just a bit of Smurfs’ magic to produce their eggs.

I don’t appreciate at all the idea of remaking games that are still very visually pleasant today, especially without integrating the mechanics of later episodes in the first ones (why the water of Dragon Kingdoms is lethal to Spyro and the water from other realms no?!)

But the design of each dragondaddy, so sexy, and even when not sexy, so accurate and plenty of information… The brewer, the poet, the painter, the soldier, the veteran.

It only upsets me to see them wasted in an environment built in the ‘97, that, even with all the embellishments and theme park decorations, cannot accompany their aesthetics.
