A 13-year-old boy from Nevada has captured hearts with his incredible act of love for his single mother.

William Preston noticed how difficult life had become for his mom, Krystal, who was raising three children without a car. Inspired by stories of kids surprising their parents, William decided to take action. He traded in his Xbox and spent weeks doing yard work, mowing lawns and taking on odd jobs around the neighborhood, to save money.

His hard work paid off when he surprised his mother with a 1999 Chevrolet Metro. Krystal was stunned when William told her he had bought her a car. She later described feeling a rush of emotions all at once: proud, excited, overwhelmed, shocked, and deeply moved by her son’s sacrifice and maturity.
