Darts background
Darts power is to secret poison from her skin, she can control the potency from paralization to deadly.
She devolved her powers at like 3 and killed quite a few people around her before the cause was realized.
She jumped through foster homes and at 18 she decided to go into murder for hire work where she would either use the poison from her skin to coat weapons or seduce a target and poison them when they got alone.
She's about 23 at start of rp stuff and just joined the phoenix program

Ok so I was just going to stick with one dispatch oc but then I started drawing a character and she was so colorful and it reminded me of poison dart frogs and I was like, character with poison powers and reference to the colorful warning signs of animals, the nerd in my appeared and decided this was a character.
