Junerassic day 29, Messelornis russelli. Wanted it to match with the demiboy bird I did a few days ago, but this one didn't have a crest so went with iridescent bits on the head and neck.
Junerassic day 28, satin bowerbird. Includes the bower he worked very hard on, don't you see all that blue he collected?
Junerassic day 27, Caihong juji. Not entirely pleased with the iridescent bits but I didn't want to keep fiddling with it.
Junerassic day 26, Strigogyps sapea. A day late due to the heatwave + power outage combo. Nasty work, that.

Junerassic day 25, Koreanosaurus boseongensis. Been a while since I did a fluffy-saur. Kind of missed it tbh.
Junerassic day 24, yellow-bellied sapsucker. I guess they are a little yellow on the underside, sometimes. This one is super clean and white though because my references weren't very yellow either.
Junerassic day 23, Presbyornis isoni. I love this weird flamingo-duck. Duck-flamingo? Duck shaped like a flamingo. Thing.
Junerassic day 22, Jamaican ibis. Flightlessness isn't enough, gotta turn those wings into clubs. Weaponize them.
Junerassic day 21, Archaeorhynchus spathula. Got hit by the no pen pressure + heat wave double-whammy today. Oofies.

Junerassic day 20, Palestine sunbird.
Junerassic day 19, Saltasaurus loricatus. The single-pixel eye is always such a look. A classic.
Junerassic day 18, Foro panarium. Good old stem-turaco which just happens to resemble other birds. Love that for them.
Junerassic day 17, Sinosaurus triassicus. In retrospect maybe the 6-striped flag would've been easier to fit into a single sprite.
Junerassic day 16, rainbow lorikeet. As much as I enjoy seeing these guys in zoos, I did not enjoy spriting one. Shocking, truly.

Junerassic day 15, Einiosaurus procurvicornis. Big shoutout to ADAD for reblogging April's Pachyrhinosaurus just as I was sketching this and making me realize I almost did the same pose for the third time.
Junerassic day 14, silvereye/tauhou. A little guy. Teeny tiny.
