I’ve been really good at at least TRYING to putt on a mask to act like I don’t have Epilepy so I can not feel embarrassed. My whole life. I was made to feel ashamed by people. And now I’m doing what’s best for me and speaking up and not denying myself the right to love myself Epilepsy and all. I’m glad most people understand. But for the few that don’t. It’s really frustrating to say the least. If I had cancer I wouldn’t get this treatment. If you have a loved one with a disease do them the biggest favor and actually validate their pain and research their disability/disease/disorder.
