Nothing whatsoever to say about Kyle, Cain, Moira and Graham. Just ugh.
Graham positioning himself as replacement dad like that other favorite is being prepped as a replacement husband.

Finally able to watch the episode. Loved seeing both Robert and Aaron on screen together and looking as good as they both do. Hopefully they get some softer moments at some point.
I am officially suspicious of Serena. I genuinely like her and definitely want Robert to have her on his side but immediately bringing up John to Aaron was a very odd way to start a first conversation especially given that she knows most of what happened. And she keeps bringing him up to people. It's bizarre. So between that and the completely ridiculous and unnecessary connection they've given her to Kev I am at least a bit concerned. She's definitely hiding something. But please, oh please don't make her rotten.
I am also somewhat worried that they're going to have Nicola cheat on Jimmy with improve knockoff wannabe Jimmy prior to his departure. No. No. No.
Nothing whatsoever to say about Kyle, Cain, Moira and Graham. Just ugh.
It's going to have been Mack isn't it?

We all knew what was coming. It’s awful that they’ve twisted this story into this. Throwing in sexual assault and turning it into a whodunit. This was never about awareness and we all knew it.
It's just beyond frustrating because these stories always start out as genuinely decent soap stories. Then she throws so many different side quest plots into the mix that they become entirely different stories. It's so unnecessary and yet she does it with every single storyline. Every storyline we've had so far this year has suffered this same nonsense. Someone please stop her.
I knew they were going to do and they did it. Dying isn't justice for victims. Don't tell stories like these if you don't want to bother writing actual consequences and repercussions. Both are part of the process. Four villains. Four deaths. How utterly original of them. Now we'll get months of Charity and everyone Charity adjacent turned into suspects for yet another whodunit. We literally just did this.
I’m going to assume that business booming because how are they able afford another herd of cows LOL?
The same way Robert was allowed to leave the country and they could magically afford to go to Portugal. Soap logic and soap money. Must be nice. Haha.

Headcanon: Aaron is working overtime with these scrap runs to help pay for new cow friends for the hubby and random holidays to Portugal.
Oh that's adorable. This is now canon. 🩷
Robbo has new cow friends! YAY ☺️☺️ #positiveshit
Bless you, anon. And yes I'm so glad he has cows again. So to quote Serena everyone get a mooooove on.
They explained why Claudette treats Charles like that a few years ago when she first came in.
Okay. I know they explained it. I was watching. You all have got to calm down about this. I didn't call Mother Teresa a bitch. All I was saying is it's now making their scenes weird. If that is just going to be how she talks to him for the rest of her life then acknowledge it and address it within the actual dialouge. They rehash every plot line under the sun, so I'm sorry but it's weird this one never gets addressed and yet she's still clearly punishing him for it. This is truly not a big deal. And there is zero reason to try and make it a big deal. I won't answer anything else on the topic.
I know the story. I know the history. Holy shit it was one complaint. I didn't call for her execution. Go outside and touch grass.

She was genuinely off putting today, and there's no way that was the intention.
Sadly, maybe it was? We don’t find this and the other person funny but the show still plays it off like a comedy so who knows. My other question is, was it always this bad or does the way Claudette treat Charles get worse when the other man is around?
I understand they have history. And Charles' father wasn't a good guy for most of his childhood. I get that he was apparently trying to be better, and yes, he died after Charles, who still understandably didn't trust him or forgive him, framed him for stealing Manpreets necklace (I do know the Anderson history). So I get her anger to a degree but he wasn't a good father or a good husband for most of Charles' life, the show told us this. Yes everyone deserves second chances and it's a soap but Charles is an absolute angel in comparison to Kev. And Kev is not Victor so her thinly veiled contempt for her son by comparison to him is weird. I like Claudette. A lot. I'm not trying to start anything here. But if they're going to consistently write her that way with Charles then they need to allow the characters to acknowledge and address it within some of the dialouge.
explains why Claudette treats Charles the way she does, so could we get the explanation please? Because it's not a funny dynamic.
If they chose a vicar and his mother to be that guy’s biggest cheerleaders, fine. I can buy that those two want to see the good in people so they’re choosing to ignore the red flags. But as you say, why is Claudette that way with her own son? What is it about this new stranger that she’s so fond of him? Because her husband was a lifer prisoner? Since her and Charles aren’t big enough characters, I feel like the show will never fully dive into this.
Oh they're absolutely not going to tell us why their dynamic is that way, but they should. She was genuinely off putting today, and there's no way that was the intention. And I like Claudette. I think she's great but she's truly dismissive and cruel to Charles. Given how she is with literally everyone else it's bizarre.
