Thanks to everyone who came out to my Radical Feelism show @ucbtla . My favorite part was when everyone decided to get on stage with me. What warmth!

I'm doing a show called Radical Feelosm in a few hours (7p @ucbtla sunset) It's sold out but if you want to come there will be some last minute tickets made available at the door. 5419 sunset Blvd. Also I've heard a few people might be bringing young kids along, just FYI the show can get heavy at times and might be a bit much for kids under 10. Draw a picture of a friend you never met. Celebrate goodness that transpired without you ever even knowing.

After coloring. Which one are you today?

You should sit in the grass and write out the alphabet over and over and listen to children play monster tag in the background. Each time you write a letter , think of your favorite word that begins with that letter. Your favorite feeling. Then your least favorites. Then think of the words you can make with those letters and all the stories you can tell with those words. Those words are gifts and you know so many of them! Watch the kids play make believe and think about how you were a kid once. Remember a time before you even knew the alphabet at all. You've done a lot since then. Good job!

Before coloring

Pet a cat. Talk to a dog. Kiss a tree on the forehead. Wave to the next stranger you'd like to be better friends with. Write six tiny notes of encouragement and hide them in your favorite books on the shelves of a library you haven't visited since your youth.
