A long time ago I had an idea for a PokΓ©mon fic that I laughed off and then I kept thinking about it and talking about it and writing out bits of it and now I'm in it. Come join me. It's been a wonderful experience so far and I'm so excited to share it.
Summary:
Redβs parents were murdered by Team Rocket when he was a baby, so he grew up in Pallet Town with his Aunt Delia and cousin, Ash. Heβs always wanted to be a cool PokΓ©mon Master like Ash but instead he has nightmares and panic attacks. The only good thing about him is his ability to understand pokΓ©mon.
Then one day he gets invited to a school in Paldea, finds out heβs actually a magical Arceus-chosen demi-god to a group of elf-like people he never knew existed, and a lot of people want to kill him over it. Oh well, at least school should be fun, right?
'Solar Red' is a mixed-canon fantasy AU about overcoming your self-imposed limitations and societal roles alike to become who you want to be. It will be extremely long.
