Following EVAN’s (Heeseung) from ENHYPEN, the “OT7” debate has been ongoing among fans.

However, leader Jungwon‘s recent live stream confirmed that there are now 6 members of the group.

Fans also discovered that the words “OT7” and “ENHYPEN is 7” were banned from Weverse DMs for both ENHYPEN and Evan.

Fans were relieved to see they had finally taken action regarding the matter.

JYP Entertainment has shared their intial update on TWICE Tzuyu‘s contract renewal status.

In a short statement to media outlet Maeil Kyungje, JYP Entertainment made their first statement on TWICE’s contract renewals.

TWICE is currently in the contract renewal discussion period. We will provide an update as soon as the matter is confirmed. — JYP Entertainment

Previously, it was shared by media outlet News1 that Tzuyu decided to not renew her contract with JYP Entertainment. With JYP Entertainment now in the second round of contract renewals with TWICE following their first renewal in July 2022, attention is being paid to whether the members will continue alongside JYP Entertainment or move to new agencies while continue group promotions as TWICE.

SEVENTEEN’s Dino appeared on Ahn So Hee’s YouTube channel and shared the pressure and struggles he had as the youngest member of the group.

He revealed his experience of moving to Seoul at the age of 14 and living with a large group for 14 years.

He explained that it was tough to understand the members’ different personalities and even revealed that he once declared he would leave the team during a difficult time at age 20.

The pressure to continue to maintain a diligent image was the cause of his decision. He reached his limit while silently enduring his role as the youngest.

Ultimately, he gathered the older members together to express his emotions and revealed his intention to leave the group. But this incident became a turning point, allowing him to have more serious conversations with the members and to understand one another.

He also confessed that he found the most comfort when interacting with fans, and stated that he is determined to find his own identity through both group and solo activities.

Meanwhile, PLEDIS announced that all 13 members have renewed contracts with the agency.

She will still participate in group activities.

TWICE‘s Tzuyu will reportedly be leaving JYP Entertainment after 11 years with the company.

According to an exclusive report from News1, Tzuyu has recently decided to not renew her contract with JYP Entertainment. However, even though she would not renew her contract, she is expected to continue participating in TWICE’s group activities.

Back in July 2022, the group renewed their contracts for the first time. Recent news outlets have stated that JYP Entertainment has had more concerns with the group’s second round of renewals, with pressure on the company due to the agency’s next-gen girl groups not producing as much growth as expected.

JYP Entertainment has not yet commented on News1’s report.

TWICE’s Tzuyu is currently contemplating her contract renewal with JYP Entertainment.

On July 14, a media outlet reported that TWICE’s Tzuyu is leaving JYP Entertainment, which she has been with for 11 years. The report also mentioned that she would continue to participate in group activities.

In response to the report, a representative from JYP Entertainment briefly commented, “TWICE is currently in the period of discussing contract renewals, and we will inform you as soon as matters are finalized.”

TWICE recently successfully concluded their sixth world tour “THIS IS FOR.”
