#mur - A Dusttale Sans. [he/him] Mostly like the original, except I made him wear a hat. I like it when he wears a baseball cap. You can usually see his eyelights through the shade of his hood. They’re usually white, only red/red+blue when angry, or when using blue magic.

#dus - A Dusttale Sans. [he/him(also they/them if he’d ever get himself to actually go by those pronouns too)] Taller, more “fanon-ish.” Wears his Papyrus scarf. You can usually see his mouth through the shade of his hood. More snarky and playful than Mur is. If you send in a shipping request, it’s most likely going to be with him.

#devi - A Dusttale Player. [they/them(not irl, tho, they claim)] Looks exactly like a normal Frisk, except that face is a bit shadowed and their stripes on their shirt are black. The Faded Ribbon is tied behind their head, making it look a bit like horns.

#peer - A Dusttale Player. [they/them] Connected to Mur. In a weird situationship between being a Player and a Frisk. Looked like a Frisk until they got slightly Errored. Now they’re permanently stuck in black and white, like they’re constantly stuck in an Encounter. Only a smile can be seen on their pitch black face.

#ingan - A Dusttale Player. [they/she] Connected to Dus. Isekai victim that’s slowly losing it. Big ol’ Faded Ribbon that gives them a little ponytail. 16-20, haven’t decided their age yet. Glasses.

#him - A Dusttale Sans. [he/him] Connected to Devi. Closest to being canon!Dusttale Sans. Doesn’t really do much other than wait for Devi to return, so he could kill them yet again. His face is always shown.

#bit - A Dusttale Sans Bittybones. [he/him] Currently very loved, has a custom jacket made just for him, with embroidered text on the back, all made by the owner’s hand.

#noc - An AfterDust Sans. [he/him] Aftertale but After!Sans turns down the Dusttale path. Noc doesn’t have schizophrenia, his Geno plays the role of a Phantom!Papyrus well enough, egging him on, going along with Noc’s new plan of killing everyone. Butthings go a bit south when Noc decides to kill Papyrus as well. However, it’s far too late for any of them to go back now…

#sin - A Dusttale Sans. [he/him(sometimes it/its)] Gaster Blaster AU. Has a BirdFell Sans that he is somewhat obsessed with

#eye - A Dusttale Sans who carries around memorabilia of every one of his friends. Sees hallucinations of each of them, too.

#cat - Dusttale Sans but cat. That’s it.

#charcoal - A Dusttale Chara. The one who brought Ingan into the Dusttale world. Hates them immensely at first, but finds it harder to do so as time goes on.

#graphite - A Dusttale Gaster. The one who made it so Dus remembers the Resets. Regrets his choice, but still holds hope for things to be set right. The middle child of the Skelton Bros.

#geide - An AfterDust Geno. The Geno of Noc. Is able to communicate more directly with Noc outside of the Save Screen through with, glitched boxes.

Each participant would write down some prompts for what they would like their gift to be, as well as WANTs and DO NOT WANTs. For example: “Prompt - Dusttale!Sans is having a bad day. | WANTS - Angst, Hurt/No Comfort | DNW - Hurt/Comfort, KillerDust(no hate to the ship this is just an example sorry kist<3)” This collection of prompts, WANTs, and DNWs, is called a “Gift Card.”

Event Participants would be paired up based on similar Gift Card information. For example, someone who has the WANTs of “HorrorDust, Fluff,” could be paired up with someone who has the WANTs of “SansShipping, Angst” so long as their DNWs don’t contradict each other(Gifter 1 can’t have “angst” on their DNW, and Gifter 2 can’t have “fluff” or that specific SansShipping ship in their DNW). This does not mean that Gifter 2 is expected to make Angst for their gift to Gifter 1.

Grifters should fulfill their gifties prompt, at least one(1) of their WANTs, and should not hit any of their DNWs. Participants would also say if they would prefer to receive/create a written, drawn, or any sort of work, and pairing would also align with these requests, making it a part of their Gift Card.

Check-ins typically also occur during a gift exchange, to see if the participants are 1) on track or not, and/or 2) need to drop out of the event. Pitch-hitters are people who signed up to fill in for any event drop outs, fulfilling the giftie’s Gift Card in the drop-out’s stead.
