I ended up listening to many many new songs for this, very fun. While I don't believe I am as well versed in DECO*27 songs as some others, being a more recent fan, I had a good time!

As a rule, I decided to not include any DECO songs that have already been covered within Milgram.

Ryoichiro Shiranami

I had a lot difficulty with Ryoichiro, more than any other Prisoner suprisingly. I considered Cosmic Rendezvous for a bit but it didn't feel right by the end of the song.

I ended up settling on:

The mix of wanting someone, caring for someone and contrasted to the violence commited to that person makes me think of Ryoichiro. A bit of the grief about Aiba, a bit of his desire for hurting, Ryoichiro stuff y'know?

Naki Kawai

Deco*27 you got too many songs holy

By the end I had like 6 contenders, not all good picks but still a lot. While I made my decision I also do like to shout out to ギフト(Gift), nice song.

At the end, I decided

Sprite Girl

Not the most elaborate song, it's about a girl who's anxious about her relationship but want it to be more open. Overall a sort of nice song. Which would be funny if Naki had a violent MV haha. But yeah I was thinking moreso Naki's feelings towards Sumi, I considered looking for more harsh songs for her feelings towards Shin, but it this felt right. The line "let's talk nonsense" really drew me to this song.

Aiba Shiranami

Aiba was interesting, for a while I also consider Mosquito, and sometimes I still like it more, but I pick

The pain of being with Shin, the pain of hurting Sumi, and the sort of suicidal implications of these lyrics made me pick it for Aiba. How it's hard to keep going forward. I like it.

Shin Unabara

Had a lot of fun with Shin, as the arguably most romantic of the cast it was cool searching for songs for him. I really do like Love Doll/ラブドール as well, but couldn't stop myself from choosing

スクランブル交際 - Relationship Scramble

This choice is heavily influenced by the death of Shin's middle-school idol being the catalyst for how he approaches/handles love. Also the fact that he has some sort of romantic/love/dating with like half the cast (Sumi, fake with Aiba, and Naki) but it's all distorted.

It felt fitting, though also just fun to pick this for him.

Touchi Himori

A bit of struggle with this too, but when I first listened to my final pick, I instantly became bias towards it

Autoscopy - オートスコピー

A very Touchi with Sumi song. The skies, the conversations in the song, feels right. Also Touchi perspective in life and Sumi forgiving him.

Sumi Kogami

I feel a bit basic giving the Warden this of all songs hahaha, so I also recommend トリノアイウタ/A Bird's Love Song a lot as well, but officially? Had to give Sumi
