‘   i meant what i said. i want to rule the world. but things didn’t go the way i planned. the thing that i loved to do the most became something i associated with sadness and failure. i went from ultimate joy and anticipation to a level of heartbreak i have never felt. my whole life led up to that moment, and i can’t help but feel as though i let everyone down. my family, my friends, my fans, and myself. my heart stopped, but i know that it’s not done beating. and in order for me to embrace the future, i need to let go of the sorrow from my past. i know that something else is out there, but i also know that if i don’t finish this chapter, i’ll never write the rest of the book … this is my night.   ’
