Happy Father's Day to my dad!

This is the first Father's Day without him. Last year I surprised him by coming home. He didn't expect a thing, neither did my other family members and a few friends. My dad and I are the same on so many levels, we don't usually show our emotions unless it really hits us hard. So when I saw him start to cry because I came home just for him for fathers day, it got me going too.

I miss him every single day, and there are days that I just start to cry or tear up a bit when theres something that reminds me of him. I know he's watching over me, and is proud of what I have achieved in life so far. I'm going to continue to strive to be the daughter he's always wanted me to be and just make him proud even more, just so he knows that all the sacrifices and dedication towards his family was worth it.

Daddy, I love you forever.
