I typically announce strawpage requests on twitter and tumblr, just as a matter of convenience. I pay attention to strawpage requests the most. Keep on the lookout for a strawpage req announcement around July if you are interested.

Basically, reqs are always open on tumblr. It's just a matter of if I like the request and if I have the time to draw it!
