I die from suffocation for a little while every single time I am confronted with the plethora of regrets of my past.

this is for the people who went through trauma and didn’t come out of it with thicker skin. but, instead, came back with sensitivity to the world and a deep sadness that won’t go away. some of us went through something and lost a piece of ourselves; our broken hearts never healed quite right afterwards. i see you and i feel you and i am you. it’s going to be okay.

I want to scream. I want to hit something. I want to wreck something. I want to bang my head against the wall. I want to rip my heart out of my chest. I want to do anything to feel something else than my aching heart. But all I can do is sit here in agonising pain while tears run down my face.

also npd and bpd are not the same thing, which a lot of people seem to be forgetting. I’m not saying one is better than the other but since you all insist on labels so much, at least get it right.
